The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the combatants confronted each other to promote the upcoming bout.
Ex twice world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.

Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's largest money-making draws, regularly earning substantial paydays.

The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
